Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent for a contract position with Aflac, located on-site in Woodstock, GA. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients to understand and fulfill their insurance needs, provide personalized product recommendations, and ensure a seamless enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, educating clients about our product offerings, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in Life and Health Insurance sales, including a valid state-issued insurance license
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed established targets
- Proficiency in understanding insurance products and ability to explain them to clients
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
