Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Honolulu, HI, with opportunities for remote work. The Inside Sales Representative will manage daily sales activities, including identifying leads, engaging with prospective and existing customers, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, managing accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to Aflac's overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to establish and nurture client relationships effectively.
- Experience in Account Management and the ability to manage client accounts with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients effectively.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to achieve sales goals in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in the insurance or benefits industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
