Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Benefits Consultant located in Media, PA. The Benefits Consultant will work closely with businesses to understand their needs, provide guidance on employee benefits programs, and offer tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include advising on benefits administration, performing client consultations, and assisting employees with understanding and accessing their benefits. The role requires fostering strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

- Consulting expertise and the ability to advise clients on benefit solutions
- Familiarity with Insurance products and services
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Media, PA
- Previous experience in the insurance or benefits industry is a plus
