Role Description The Benefits Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Battle Creek, MI, responsible for helping businesses and their employees understand and select Aflac’s supplemental insurance products. Day-to-day activities include meeting with employers to assess benefit needs, presenting Aflac solutions, and supporting enrollment processes for employees. The role involves explaining policy features, answering questions, and providing ongoing customer service to ensure a positive benefits experience. Benefits Advisors also engage in sales activities such as prospecting, follow-up, and relationship building, while participating in training sessions to stay current on products, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance, with the ability to explain supplemental coverage options clearly and accurately.
