We are seeking candidates to fill openings for our agent and enroller positions in the Sheridan area. This is a Business-to-Business Sales position that offers a strong performance based compensation opportunity, flexible schedules with no nights, weekends or holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus while training during your first 3 months and over $13,700 in bonuses during your first year.

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish new relationships with companies and organizations through networking, field marketing, social media, referrals, and warm leads that come in through Aflac.
- Meet with business owners, identify their company needs, discuss our solutions, schedule employee education meetings, and enroll employees.
- Continued customer service with existing clients
A successful Associate with Aflac possesses the following skills:

Additional income opportunities include stock bonus program, bonus rewards, and exotic trips. Compensation is discussed in detail with the hiring manager during the interview process. However, it is a combination structure that includes Commission, Residuals, Bonuses, and Stocks.
