The Scheduler / Call Center Agent is responsible for ensuring that the company’s positive image and reputation remains intact through daily interactions with existing and potential customers.
Their main responsibilities include:
- Direct inbound phone calls to the proper department in the office.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for outside sales consultants in multiple states via phone.
- Follow various communication scripts when speaking to existing and potential customers.
- Answer inquiries or questions about the products and/or services provided.
- Confirm and assign appointments and send reminders to homeowners.
- Collaborate within the department to improve processes or customer experience.
- Various other office duties as assigned.
Position requires the following skills:
- High attention to detail.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability.
- Office experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suites programs.
- Familiarity with Sales Force or other CRM software a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift and move packages or equipment weighing at least 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
Generally, this shift will be 9:00AM - 6:00PM. The department is open from 7 AM to 6 PM, so occasionally 8-hour shifts may vary, as well as rotating Saturdays.
