Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution of Customer Premise Group (CPG) projects within the Charlotte, NC market. This role ensures seamless coordination of equipment procurement, vendor management, and onsite execution in partnership with Construction, Network, and Corporate Properties teams.
The Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining project timelines, delivering quality installations, and ensuring a positive end-user experience from initial setup through post-move support.

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of CPG-related projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and requirements
- Order and manage KOP (Kit of Parts) equipment to support project deployments
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Construction, Network, and Corporate Properties to ensure cohesive delivery
- Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to maintain timelines
- Identify, engage, and manage third-party vendors for installation activities
- Coordinate installation schedules and ensure vendor adherence to project requirements and quality standards
- Support installation QA processes to confirm work is completed accurately and meets expectations
- Serve as onsite coordinator for key project activities, including:
- Mockups and validation of design standards
- Site walk-throughs and readiness assessments
- Inventory management and material tracking
- Installation oversight and quality assurance
- Provide Day 1 onsite support to ensure a seamless transition for end users
- Address post-move issues, coordinate resolutions, and support user experience optimization
- Facilitate equipment staging, storage, and shipment logistics when necessary
- Maintain onsite presence at CIC three (3) days per week during normal business operations
- Increase onsite presence as needed to support escalations or critical project milestones
- Be available onsite by 8:00 AM during Day 1 support activities
- Ability to report onsite on short notice for urgent needs, including equipment shipment or issue resolution
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, construction support, or network deployment environments
- Experience coordinating vendors, materials, and installation activities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Experience with inventory management and equipment tracking preferred
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Combination of office, warehouse, and active project site environments
- Frequent onsite presence required in Charlotte, NC
- Occasional need for flexible hours to support installations and escalations
