This initiative brings together state leadership, healthcare providers, and community organizations to design and implement solutions that reflect local needs while advancing a shared, statewide vision for better health outcomes.

About the Role
The Grant Analyst plays a key role in supporting the administration and execution of grant-funded programs within a complex public sector environment. Sitting at the intersection of policy, finance, and program operations, this position ensures that grant activities align with federal and state requirements while providing meaningful insights that help guide program success.
You will work closely with finance and program teams, as well as external stakeholders across state, local, and federal agencies. The role requires strong analytical thinking, the ability to interpret regulatory frameworks, and the adaptability to build and refine processes as program needs evolve.

What You’ll Do
Grant Analysis & Compliance
Ensure grant activities align with regulatory and policy requirements.
- Interpret federal and state laws, policies, and procedures related to grants
- Support compliance across finance and programmatic divisions
- Apply established and evolving procedures to ensure proper grant execution
Data Analysis & Reporting
Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making.
- Analyze data outputs and prepare detailed, accurate reports
- Support reporting requirements tied to grant performance and compliance
- Identify trends and provide insights to support program and financial decisions
Cross-Agency Collaboration
Partner across a broad network to ensure alignment and effective program delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across state, local, and federal agencies
- Support coordination between finance and program teams
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences
Process Development & Systems Use
Strengthen operations through process improvement and effective system utilization.
- Extend standard procedures and develop new approaches for emerging challenges
- Utilize PeopleSoft Financials modules to support grant tracking and reporting
