Executive Director, Business Development

AFIMAC Global is seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development to lead revenue growth and strategic client acquisition within the contingent labor and workforce solutions industry. This sales role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building executive-level client relationships, and expanding AFIMAC’s footprint across key industries including manufacturing, logistics, retail, and industrial services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
· Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand contingent labor sales.
· Identify, target, and secure new clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
· Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close.
· Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
· Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding workforce challenges and offering tailored solutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
· Market Strategy & Expansion.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
· Identify new verticals, service offerings, and expansion opportunities.
· Support pricing strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams
- Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and marketing efforts
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record of closing large contracts and driving significant revenue growth.
- Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
- Advanced negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working at C-Suite levels with clients and prospects.
Preferred
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or security labor
- Existing industry relationships
- CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and sales forecasting experience.
