AFI Industries, Inc. is a privately held manufacturer of cold-headed threaded fastening solutions. Founded in 1976, we have spent nearly 50 years delivering high-quality fasteners to customers worldwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced fastener-industry quality professional who is currently in a #2 quality role and is ready to step up as our Quality Manager.

This role is designed for the solid #2 quality person who has been supporting the quality function at another fastener company and is now ready to take on the Quality Manager position.

What You’ll Own:

• Leadership of the Quality Department
• Ownership of our ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality system
• Direction of all inspection activities (incoming, in-process, final, PPAP, layouts, capability studies)
• Root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement across the plant
• Gauge control, supplier quality, and scrap reduction
• Building and mentoring a strong quality team
• Reporting directly to ownership with real authority and impact

Who We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in the fastener / cold-heading industry (this is non-negotiable)
• Currently serving in a #2 quality role (Quality Supervisor, Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Lead, etc.) at another manufacturer
• Ready to step into the Quality Manager position and run the department
• Strong hands-on knowledge of fastener blueprints, GD&T, precision measurement, PPAP, and problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, etc.)
• Proven ability to work closely with production and engineering to drive real results
• Leadership presence and the desire to take ownership of the quality function
