As a Retrieval Specialist, you will focus on our most delinquent accounts, working to locate buildings and gather accurate customer information while partnering with leadership to determine the best path forward for our customers, partners, and dispatchers. You will coordinate closely with dispatchers, drivers, and customers to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
This role requires a self-starter who is a strong team player, eager to learn, and highly detail-oriented. Candidates should be comfortable working in Google Sheets, proficient in professional email communication and phone interactions, and capable of handling situations with clarity and confidence.

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to clients and internal teams to retrieve specific information or clarify data requests with professionalism and clarity
- Utilize strong data entry skills to accurately locate, update, and manage client records within multiple databases and systems
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat while maintaining positive communication etiquette
- Assist in processing transactions such as cash handling or account adjustments with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to analyze data trends, identify discrepancies, and improve retrieval processes for efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive logs of retrieval activities, call notes, and client interactions using G suite and specialized software
- Support client services by ensuring timely delivery of requested information while adhering to confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages preferred; excellent communication skills in all languages spoken
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles demonstrating strong phone etiquette and outbound calling capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately with fast typing speed and attention to detail
- Familiarity with G suite and general computer skills necessary for efficient data management
- Experience with customer support or client services environments emphasizing active listening and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of analysis techniques for evaluating retrieval processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Ability to handle cash transactions confidently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling procedures
