Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning tasks efficiently and safely
- Maintain lawns by mowing
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting, mulching, and installing garden features
- Perform tree care tasks such as trimming, pruning, and assessing tree health using proper techniques and equipment
- Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering practices
Experience
- Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of power tools and landscaping equipment is essential for safe operation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with horticulture principles and plant care techniques enhances your ability to deliver quality results
- Experience with snow plowing or winter maintenance is a plus for year-round service capabilities
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments while maintaining safety standards
