Affordable Mobility Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing company specializing in wheelchair-accessible vans and ADA-compliant vehicles. We’re looking for an All-Star Mechanic Supervisor to lead our service team, drive results, and grow with us.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll oversee a team of mechanics, keep workflow efficient, and set the standard by showing up, working hard, and motivating others to do the same. • Lead and supervise a team of mechanics, ensuring projects stay on time and up to standard
• Perform and oversee repairs, including brakes, suspension, electrical, and diagnostics
• Order parts and keep jobs moving without delays
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional shop environment
• Set the tone by being reliable, accountable, and leading by example

• ASE-certified mechanic with proven hands-on experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a shop setting
• Strong diagnostic, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attendance and dependability (non-negotiable)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Hungry to succeed, willing to put in extra effort when needed

• $90,000 – $120,000 base salary, depending on experience
