About the Role
We’re hiring a driven, detail-focused, Type A Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our CEO. He leads a fast-moving property management company and an active construction/rehab operation, and we need someone who thrives in a structured, high-expectation environment.

This job is hands-on. You’ll manage communication, deadlines, scheduling, tenant interactions, and contractor follow-through. What You’ll Do
Executive Support
- Keep construction and rehab schedules tight, organized, and accurate
- Stay on top of documents, and digital organization
- Build checklists, track priorities, and deliver daily and weekly updates to the CEO and team
Property Management Support
- Communicate professionally with tenants while holding firm boundaries
- Assist with rent collection, notices, and eviction paperwork (we train you)
- Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and vendor visits
- Track open items, deadlines, and progress
Construction & Rehab Support
- Maintain task lists and deadlines for contractors and subs
- Sometimes visit job sites to verify progress or take photos
- Pick up materials or drop off supplies as needed
General Operations
- Manage spreadsheets, job logs, and project tracking tools ( we use Slack, Contractor Foreman, and AppFolio)
- Run errands (bank deposits, supply pickups, etc.)
- Keep daily operations organized, predictable, and moving

- Friendly but firm communication—helpful with tenants, assertive with vendors
- Comfortable being in less desirable neighborhoods as part of the job
- Excellent follow-through, time management, and attention to detail
- Reliable personal vehicle, active driver’s license, and insurance
- Fast learner who likes solving problems and staying busy
- Dependable, punctual, super detailed and consistent
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to work in-office daily at 4971 Tholozan Ave, St. Louis, MO
- Comfortable with both office work and field tasks
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
