Affordable Basement Waterproofing is seeking an experienced field inspector for our Odenton, Maryland office.
Must have a proven closing rate of 45% or higher.
Responsibilities include inspecting basements, crawl spaces, and foundations; identifying homeowner concerns; explaining repair options; preparing estimates; and closing sales.
We’re looking for a professional communicator with strong follow-up skills and experience in waterproofing, foundation repair, or home improvement sales.
