- Coordinate schedules for RNs and LPNs across pediatric home care cases in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment
- Ensure all cases are fully staffed and running smoothly at all times
- Handle call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent coverage needs
- Assign nurses to shifts based on availability, skillset, and client needs
- Maintain accurate, real-time schedules within workforce management systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for all scheduling-related needs
- Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage gaps with professionalism and urgency
- Communicate updates clearly and effectively with caregivers, families, and internal teams
- Partner with clinical and leadership teams to support high-quality care delivery
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1–2 years of scheduling, staffing, or coordinator experience (healthcare, home care, pediatric, or medical office experience strongly preferred)
- Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
