Pediatric Private Duty Nurse – RN / LPN (Per Diem) Ventilator & Trach Experience Preferred Affirmed Home Care – New Jersey | One-on-One Pediatric Nursing

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide dedicated one‑on‑one private duty nursing for pediatric patients in their homes. This opportunity is perfect for nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional, individualized care and building meaningful relationships with children and their families.

We currently have immediate openings in Newton, NJ and surrounding Sussex County areas, offering flexible 8–12 hour shifts.

• RN: $37.00 per hour

• LPN: $33.00 per hour

• Active New Jersey RN or LPN license

• Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience (home care, hospital, or acute care)

• Experience with medically complex pediatric patients preferred

• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience preferred

• Current PALS certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within the last 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
