Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives to drive growth and operational excellence
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and client care
- Ensure full compliance with all state and federal home care regulations
- Manage and monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue, and expenses
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative teams
- Run interdepartmental meetings and provide performance updates to senior leadership
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Represent the agency within the community and with regulatory bodies
- Lead Quality Assurance initiatives and implement improvement plans as needed
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and their families
- "Point of Contact" for customer service concerns
- Demonstrates a proactive and reactive approach to supporting client and family needs, anticipating concerns while responding promptly and effectively to changing situations
- Extensive follow-up care with clients and their families required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred (Bachelor’s degree a plus); Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) candidates will also be considered
- Minimum of 5 years of home care management experience with proven success
- Strong knowledge of NYS home care regulations, compliance, and quality standards
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to provide consistent follow-up with clients and their families.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Competitive Salary: $130,000– $150,000 annually, based on experience
