Affirmed Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing Pediatric Division in Jersey City, NJ. We are actively building our team and have multiple pediatric home care cases available, offering steady hours and meaningful one‑on‑one care.

Whether you're looking for daytime, evening, or weekend shifts, we offer flexible scheduling and strong clinical support to ensure you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

⭐ Key Responsibility

Provide compassionate 1:1 pediatric nursing care — supporting each child’s daily needs, comfort, and safety in the home.

⭐ Pay Rate

LPN: $35–$38/hr

⭐ Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
