What You’ll Need:
At least 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience a plus!)
Active CT LPN license
Current BLS certification
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Driver’s license (preferred)
Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
PPD or QuantiFERON test (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
