Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking experienced and compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team in Wayne, NJ and throughout Passaic County. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with pediatric patients and their families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a home setting.
Position OverviewAs a Pediatric RN with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to children in their homes. This role allows you to focus entirely on your patient, ensuring attentive care while building strong, meaningful relationships with families.
Most cases offer 8–12 hour shifts, giving you the flexibility you want with the consistency you need.
Compensation & Benefits- $39.00 - 41.00 per hour

- Active New Jersey RN license
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience home care or acute care setting
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care in pediatrics
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Health Requirements:
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
