About the Position
As a Per Diem Certified Home Health Aide, you’ll play an essential role in supporting clients in the comfort of their homes. You’ll help them stay independent, safe, and supported—while building meaningful relationships.

What You Need to Apply
Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
Valid NJ or NY HHA certification
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Physical exam completed within the last 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 12 months (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
MMR vaccination within 10 years
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for many Westchester cases)
