Affirma, ranked one of the "Top 5 Best Mid-Size Companies to Work For" is looking for a collaborative Graphic Designer for a well-established gaming firm that is quickly growing out their local office. Our client is looking for someone who can create dynamic visual images and designs to be used in both print and online media.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Interpret internal stakeholders’ needs into visual design options.
• Develop design briefs by gathering information to clarify design decisions.
• Production of digital design products that are on-brand, accurate, and of high quality.
• An ability to work on multiple design projects or concepts simultaneously.
• Must be able to think creatively and use innovated ideas to produce innovative design options while producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Ability to work overtime to meet deadlines.
• Required to keep abreast of developments in design applications and new print trends and techniques.
Skills & Experience:
• 4-7 years of experience with design utilizing computer software is ideal
• Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS
• Knowledge of print technology and pre-press processes is a plus
• Experience with localization a plus
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office
• Photography experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is a plus. Industry experience is most desirable.
