Responsiblities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration.
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company strategy and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful value for customers and translate them into product initiatives.
- Use experimentation, metrics, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
- Champion the use of AI both within the product and across internal workflows.
- Define clear success metrics and be accountable for product performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Engage directly with customers to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Move quickly from idea to prototype to production while balancing speed and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Strong interest in AI technologies and their practical business applications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated track record of owning outcomes, not just delivering features.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed approach to decision making.
- Passion for experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Experience working with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
- Background in startup or high-growth product environments.
- Experience shipping AI-enabled features or products.
- Familiarity with SaaS product environments and customer-centric product development.
