On behalf of our Healthcare client, Affinity is seeking a Clinical Solutions Lead to drive solution design for Radiology workflows within an Oracle Health (Cerner) environment. This role will focus on imaging workflows and integration with diagnostic systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical design workshops with radiologists, technologists, and operational stakeholders
- Own end-to-end workflow design and solution decisions for the domain
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into system design and configuration direction
- Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across imaging teams
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Health (Cerner) methodologies and iterative design cycles
- Partner with build/configuration teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities within workflows
- Act as the primary accountable lead for the assigned clinical domain
- Design workflows supporting imaging orders, scheduling, acquisition, interpretation, and reporting
- Integrate workflows with PACS systems and radiologist tools
- Optimize reporting workflows, including dictation and results distribution
- Support high-volume imaging environments with a focus on efficiency and turnaround times
- Ensure seamless integration with referring providers and downstream clinical workflows
- 5 years of Oracle Health / Cerner implementation experience
- Experience leading solution design across at least 2 full EHR/HIS/CIS implementations
- Experience supporting Radiology or imaging workflows
- Strong understanding of PACS integration and radiology operations
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops with radiologists and imaging teams
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Remote with travel (approximately 1 week per month onsite)
- Full-time (1.0 FTE)
