We are seeking a Luxury Travel Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you'll have a love for beautiful places, an eye for detail, and the charm to guide clients toward unforgettable journeys.

Responsibilities

• You'll be the mastermind behind dream itineraries: private islands, Michelin‑star dining, hidden gems only locals whisper about. 
• Chat with clients about their travel dreams and craft bespoke itineraries 
• Handle concerns with professionalism and deliver timely resolutions
• Sprinkle in insider hacks, upgrades, and wow moments.
• Support clients throughout their journey, from planning to post‑trip feedback

Requirements

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple requests at once
• Quick to learn new online systems and booking tools
• Experienced in customer service (hospitality or travel background is a plus)
• Passionate about travel and helping others explore the world
