Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm. This position will be part of the region-based rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies.
Location: Fernwood Court Apartments (110 units) 18713 S Central Point Rd, Oregon City, OR 97405
Reports to: Property Manager
Compensation Package:
- Competitive starting hourly pay range of $30.00-$30.00
- Monthly phone allowance of $50.00
