Location: This position is assigned to two multi-family apartment communities totaling 252 units:
- Arlo on 10th: 1105 W 10th Ave, Kennewick, WA 99336 https://www.arloon10th.com/
- Sedona: 1327 N 24th Ave, Pasco, WA 99301 https://www.livesedonaapts.com/
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays will be at Arlo on 10th and Tuesdays and Thursdays at Sedona. This position will be part of the region-based rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies.
Reports to: Property Manager
Compensation Package:
- Competitive starting hourly pay range of $33.00-$33.00
- Monthly phone allowance of $50.00
- Monthly transportation allowance of $200.00
