- Supervising nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and managing workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
- Conducting interviews, hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
- Addressing employee concerns, resolving issues, and disciplining staff when necessary.
- Planning and assigning work considering resident safety and staff capabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in long-term or post-acute care.
- Minimum 1 year in supervisory or management roles preferred.
- Current RN license in the state and CPR certification.
