- Preparing the operating room with necessary instruments and supplies
- Assisting in patient positioning and safety during surgery
- Maintaining sterile technique and infection control protocols
- Supporting surgical team with instruments and support
- Monitoring patient condition and documenting perioperative care
- Handling specimen collection and ensuring proper documentation
- Participating in room turnover and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- One year of recent OR RN experience
- Valid RN license per state regulations
- Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or ENPC preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting and moving equipment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to safety protocols
