- Develop, modify, and implement treatment programs using functional activities.
- Provide direct therapy in various settings, coordinating with medical and nursing teams.
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Participate in professional development, program development, and supervise interns.
- Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
- Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
