Role Overview
Performs imaging procedures and treatments according to radiology standards to assist in diagnosing and treating diseases. Ensures optimal technique and positioning based on radiologic principles, develops and implements procedure plans, and completes documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
Maintains equipment and work areas to ensure safety, participates in performance improvement activities, and achieves assigned goals.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in the specialty area with proficiency in CT techniques after orientation.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography; CT registry preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire; state licensure as mandated.
- Basic computer literacy skills; strong attention to safety and detail.
- Perform imaging procedures/treatments following established protocols.
- Develop and execute procedure plans, ensuring quality results.
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold care standards.
