We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality patient care.
- Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
- Supervise staff, delegate care appropriately, and support quality, safety, and resource management standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, risk management, infection control, and emergency procedures.
- Perform duties in compliance with hospital policies and emergency codes, including HICS responsibilities during crises.
- Coordinate patient care within medical regimens, aiming for optimal discharge outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current nursing license and CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Leadership ability to supervise and delegate effectively.
- Knowledge of safety, quality improvement, and infection control standards.
- Ability to function effectively during emergencies and adhere to hospital protocols.
