- Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate data entry
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely, appropriate care
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and providers
- Maintain accurate records of referrals and authorizations
- Build and sustain relationships with regional specialty offices
- Execute referral protocols and documentation accurately and promptly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's preferred
- 2 years healthcare experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
