Registered Nurse (RN) — Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Provide high-acuity, patient-centered care for adults who require close monitoring, cardiac/telemetry observation, and complex interventions. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, interpret cardiac rhythms/telemetry, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maintain safety and quality standards. Support patient and family education to promote understanding of care needs and treatment.
