- Providing high-quality, patient-centered care for step-down/telemetry patients
- Performing comprehensive assessments and monitoring cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status
- Administering IV medications and managing complex care plans
- Coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educating patients and families to support informed decision-making
- Supporting safe transitions of care to promote continuity and safety
- Current RN licensure with relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Knowledge of cardiac monitoring, telemetry, and hemodynamic management
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
