Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one-year occupational therapy experience or successful completion of a probationary period as a Rehab Intern
- Valid New York State Occupational Therapist licensure
- Valid driver’s license required outside Manhattan
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy in patients’ homes or care facilities
- Evaluate and modify plans according to evolving patient needs
