- Lead and mentor MRI team members, promoting teamwork, performance, and quality standards.
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate staff performance, especially in productivity and quality management.
- Coordinate workflow, prioritize assignments, and assist with complex issues.
- Oversee equipment quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in decision-making and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Registered as a Technologist (RT) and certified in MRI by ARRT.
- State licensure if required.
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision required.
