- Participating in Medicare claims review, quality assurance, and performance improvement activities.
- Educating staff on documentation practices and staying current with regulations.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license and CPR certification.
- Experience with MDS assessment cycle, billing processes, and long-term care regulations.
- Proficiency in computer systems, Microsoft Office, and communication skills.
