Seeking a full-time Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in Salem, Oregon, primarily seeing fee-for-service (FFS) patients.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited dental school
  • Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one
  • Additional certifications such as CPR, DEA, and NPI
