- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS certifications, and RN license (single or multi-state)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 2 years as relief charge preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with technology and documentation in EMR systems
- Ability to lead, teach, and collaborate effectively with staff and physicians
- Manage patient admissions, assessments, and care planning
- Assign staff, handle call-outs, and ensure smooth shift operations
- Oversee patient care, respond to rapid response requests, and ensure compliance with policies
- Document accurately in EMR and utilize medication scanning
- Support staff development and meet competency standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned and uphold organizational policies
