Role Description
Lakeside Hotel Casino HR operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position leads and directs the functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including, but not limited to, compensation; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management skills
- Knowledge of Employment Law and Compliance
- Experience in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Leadership skills
- Organizational and Time Management abilities
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR-related software
- Relevant HR certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, are a plus
- Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is preferred
