Affinity Autism Services is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for our Saratoga Springs and Lindon locations, with opportunities available at other locations as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
Required Experience or Education:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, including the VB-MAPP, and develop appropriate treatment plans and programs
- Complete Functional Assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans
- Provide supervision and training to interventionists, including Registered Behavior Technicians
- Providing ongoing training to the families of our clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families, schools, and other professional services
- Meet best-practice standards and adhere to the BACB's ethical guidelines and standards.
- Programs written shall use evidence-based intervention strategies
- Review program data and adjust programs and services based on client data
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
