POSITION SUMMARY: Under limited supervision performs work of routine difficulty related to troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance service for all Affinia Healthcare locations. Minor electrical work, mechanical repairs, and other duties relating to maintenance are the primary duties.
Education: Requires associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with courses in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing technical training.
Experience: Requires a minimum of three (3) years' experience in building maintenance trade.

Essential Functions
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and systems as required.
- Inspect and repair H.V.A.C. controls and associated equipment to maximize efficiency levels in all environmentally controlled areas.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Comply with OSHA safety and Joint Commission rules.
- Complete work order requests.
- Inspect and repair building electrical/lighting systems.
- Inspect, clean and repair building plumbing systems.
- Inspect building grounds.
- Move furniture, appliances and equipment.
- Set up meeting rooms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
