Generative AI Consultant

Role Summary:

We are looking for an accountable, multitalented candidate to facilitate the operations. The Generative AI consultant must be able to develop, implement and deploy ML and Gen AI use cases across functions. The candidate should be adept at leading and conducting independent project work as well as participate in the transfer of knowledge from research to industry. The consultant will also have to collaborate with internal team and clients, to ensure that their approach meets the needs of each project. He/she should be able to deliver results according to project schedules while maintaining quality standards. The candidate will also be responsible to contribute towards organizational initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• :Substantial hands-on experience with data handling. Capable of managing large volumes of data, extracting, cleaning, and interpreting data effectively
• .Able to analyze data independently and derive meaningful insights. Capable of defining workflows for self and team members based on project requirements
• .Able to contribute meaningfully to brainstorming discussions and problem-solving around project requirements and challenges
• .Skilled in Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies, including Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agents, and LLMs
• .Practical experience and knowledge of AI Cloud Services such as Azure, AWS, and GCP
• .Good knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Verbatim Analysis, and Speech-to-Text/Text-to-Speech techniques using multiple approaches and frameworks
• .Experience in developing analytical solutions to solve business problems using domain expertise, machine learning, and statistical methodologies
• .Comfortable presenting project findings, recommendations, and insights through impactful PowerPoint presentations
• .Capable of mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative learning environment
• .Contribute to business development initiatives, including sales collateral creation, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), case studies, and client proposals
• .Develop and build expertise in specific areas and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and trainings within the organization
• .Contribute to organizational activities such as interviewing candidates and supporting talent development initiatives
• .Collaborate with teams to estimate project effort, timelines, and resource requirements
• .Understand and adhere to established work methodologies while actively contributing to process improvements and team effectiveness
• .Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, team members, and clients across multiple projects
• .Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and professional development
• .Ability to work under tight timelines, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision
