Job Summary:
The Medical Receptionist will greet patients and families in a professional and welcoming manner. This position is responsible for answering the phone, greeting patients, checking in patients, taking payments, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative duties in the office. The Medical Receptionist will work with the Director of Operations to ensure that patient care is maintained at the highest level of quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to deal with difficult or challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and co-workers in person and via phone/email/text messaging.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
