AFC Industries PA, Inc. is seeking **General Labor** team members to join our growing manufacturing company in Berwick, PA. We design and manufacture ergonomic technical furniture and equipment for industries such as Healthcare, Public Safety, Government, IT, and Financial Services.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, assembling products, and contributing to a team-oriented production environment.
**Available Shifts**
- **1st Shift:** Monday--Friday, **7:00 AM -- 3:30 PM**
- **2nd Shift:** Monday--Thursday, **3:30 PM -- 2:00 AM**
- Assemble parts and components according to specifications and work instructions.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools used during assembly.
- Assist with basic finishing tasks such as grinding or light prep work as needed.
- Support powder coating operations as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Perform additional duties in production or related departments as assigned.
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for 8--10 hours per shift and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Visual acuity to differentiate small parts and colors.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or powder coating.
- Vocational/technical training is a plus.
