Client Manager

Overview: As a Client Manager, you will build long-term, meaningful client relationships and lead our front-line employees who deliver exceptional security services across your designated portfolio. You will promote strong employee engagement, drive operational performance, and provide world-class service to clients across various vertical markets.

Responsibilities:

Caring Leadership, Client Engagement & Operational Oversight

• Hire, develop, and retain front-line staff, including Security Officers, Field Supervisors,

and Operations Managers for small to medium-sized client sites.

• Utilize business intelligence and online reporting tools to monitor and analyze financial

and operational metrics, driving efficiency and profitability.

• Optimize employee scheduling, minimize non-billed overtime, and support revenue

growth, cash collections, and overall profitability.

• Oversee client performance metrics, including budgets, accounts receivable/payable,

and account health to ensure alignment with EBITA targets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing security needs, managing

crises, and implementing effective corrective action plans.

• Develop and enforce safety protocols and preventive action plans to foster a culture of

workplace safety.

• Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds company standards, industry regulations, and

client expectations.

• Infuse the company’s core values — agility, reliability, caring, teamwork, integrity,

safety, and innovation — into all aspects of leadership and client management.

Qualifications (Must Have)

• Education & Experience (one of the following):

o Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field with at least 2

years of management experience in a fast-paced service organization.

o Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of professional-level management

experience.

o High school diploma with at least 5 years of management experience.

• Minimum of 2 years driving operational goals and managing a dispersed workforce.
• Demonstrated success managing hourly employees and achieving client satisfaction in a service-based organization.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based business applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in law enforcement, military, or security services.
• Background managing multi-location operations.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for analytics and reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation starting at $60,000
• Bonus Structure: Performance-Based Bonuses Sales Commission Eligibility
