POSITION SUMMAR
- YThe Senior Technical Program Manager serves as the executive-facing leader responsible for the overall success of assigned strategic customer accounts
- .This role owns customer governance, portfolio oversight, delivery accountability, executive communication, risk management, resource alignment, and strategic account planning across multiple concurrent Statements of Work (SOWs)
- .The Senior Technical Program Manager acts as the primary point of accountability between customer leadership and Aezion, serving as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader across the customer portfolio
- .This individual ensures all workstreams remain aligned to business objectives, delivery commitments, technical direction, and customer expectations
- .Success requires strong program leadership, executive presence, commercial acumen, and sufficient technical depth to govern complex technology initiatives involving enterprise applications, Salesforce ecosystems, customer engagement platforms, marketing technologies, contact center solutions, Twilio, data modernization, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions
- .This is not a project coordinator role. The Senior Technical Program Manager is expected to operate as a trusted advisor to customer leadership while driving accountability across Product, Architecture, Data, Engineering, QA, and Delivery teams
