POSITION SUMMA
- RYThe Principal Product Owner serves as the functional, product, and solution leader for assigned customer engagement
- s.This role owns discovery, business process transformation, requirements strategy, functional architecture, solution definition, user experience direction, stakeholder alignment, and product vision across multiple concurrent initiative
- s.The Principal Product Owner acts as the bridge between customer business stakeholders and Aezion delivery teams, ensuring solutions address the right business problems while remaining technically feasible, scalable, and aligned to organizational objective
- s.This individual is responsible for understanding customer challenges, operational processes, user needs, business goals, and strategic priorities, and translating them into actionable solution strategies and product requirement
- s.Success requires strong product thinking, business analysis expertise, workshop facilitation skills, solution design capabilities, technical fluency, and the ability to work effectively with executives, business leaders, architects, engineers, designers, and delivery team
- s.This is not a traditional Scrum Product Owner role. The Principal Product Owner is expected to operate as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders while driving discovery, solution design, process transformation, and product strategy across the customer portfoli

ion.• 5 years leading discovery and solution-definition efforts for enterprise-scale technology initiati
ves.• Proven experience translating business challenges into technology-enabled soluti
ons.• Strong experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive discussi
ons.• Deep understanding of business process analysis, solution design, user experience principles, and product management practi
ces.• Experience working directly with executives, business leaders, operational teams, and technology organizati
